Kathryn Jermain, Kenneth Wilson Are Married Nov 14, Goshen Reception Fetes Couple

Nuptial promises were repeated by Kathryn Jermain and Kenneth Wilson Saturday Nov 14. at the Goshen LDS ward chapel, with Bishop Henry Roberts officiating at the ceremony.

A reception was given immediately afterward with many relatives and friends offering congratulations and good wishes to the couple.

The newlyweds are making their home in Salt Lake City where Mr. Wilson is a sophomore student at University of Utah.

The bride is a daughter of Mrs. Naomi Jermain of Goshen.

Parents of the bridegroom are Mr. and Mrs. Boyd

C. Wilson of Payson.

The bride's gown of ice blue Dacron was made with floor length skirt, the pleated train marked with a bow of self material

The bodice was trimmed with a yoke of Alencon lace and the sleeves were three-quarter length. Her veil was of blue Alencon lace and she carried a bouquet of gardenias and white carnations. The bridal dress was made by the bride's sister, Mrs. Marian Provstgaard and her veil was made by her former school teacher, Mrs. Maude Blight, 

Bridesmaids were Beverly Roberts, Shirley Jermain, Sally Badham, Elaine Mitarai and Carol Sue Wilson. They wore sister dresses in blue and carried white carnations tied with blue ribbons.

Flower girls also dressed in blue were Peggy Ann Roberts, Tonya Juanita, Trudy and Lorraine Roberts and Bobbie Dawn Provstgaard.

Fred Jermain, the bride's brother, assisted Mr.

Wilson as best man.

For her daughter's wedding the bride's mother chose a blue flowered dress and Mrs. Wilson a plain blue dress, each added a corsage of gardenias and white carnations.

Mrs. Marian Provstgaard supervised signing of the bride's book. The gifts were displayed under direction of Wylma Jasperson, Josephine Lux. Connie Crews and Betty Jasperson.

Refreshments were served by Edith Carter, Myrna Carter, Lillian Steel, Winona Waters, Kathleen Waters, Jennie Varlson, Leola Selke, and Shirley Selke.

Gifts were received by Johnny Selke, Brian Carter, Linda Carter and Peggy Ann Roberts. Mrs. Henry Roberts Was master of ceremonies to a program, introducing the following: vocal number by Winnifred White with piano accompaniment by

Eva Pearl Stonemen; reading, Cleopha Riley; piano solo, Sally Badham; tribute to the bride, Judi Penrod; vocal solo,

Donna Smith; tribute to the bride-groom, Gail Pollock; vocal solo, Shorty Chapman, accompanied by Mrs. Stonemen; prayers, Curtis Sorensen and Stanley Powelson.
